We work contactless!
Our office hours are daily from 10:00 to 14:00. You can move into your flat from 15:00 on the day of arrival. 2 days before arrival and after full payment and deposit of the security deposit, you will receive your arrival information with room number, location explanation and the key code by e-mail. With this code you open the key safe at the entrance door.
Baby cots and use of the sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons must be indicated at least 3 days before arrival. Otherwise the sofa bed is provided as a couch.
Departure

On the day of departure, please leave your flat in good time by 11 a.m. Please do not leave the key hanging in the door or lying in the room, but hand it in at reception with the completed registration form or put it in the letterbox at reception or throw the key in the key safe.
Parking
Underground parking is also available
Since parking in the city is usually not much fun, you can book a parking space. The parking fee is 15 EUR per night. Unfortunately, your car must not be higher than 1.5 metres and not longer than 5 metres. You can reach the underground car park via the entrance with the roller shutter to the right of the reception. Your parking space is then noted on your key.
Housekeeping
Cleaning
Your flat will be cleaned once a week for stays longer than six nights. In the flat there are replacements for towels, toilet paper and rubbish bags. After every six nights there is a complete cleaning of the flat with a change of linen (subject to change). If you need an extra cleaning, please call us one day in advance between 10 am and 2 pm. This extra cleaning will be charged with 40 €.
Laundry
Our laundry
On the ground floor of the main building you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the use of which with detergent is free of charge for you.
Kitchen equipment
Everything you need
Your flat is equipped with a kitchenette / kitchen. It includes a complete set of basic household equipment as well as kitchen utensils.
